Vibrational Beats Sound Therapy

This HOW-TO book is designed to specifically support educators with implementing FUN and engaging therapeutic programs on school campuses and other facilities for children.
Vibrational Beats Sound Therapy is a 8-week hip hop and beats therapeutic program created for providers (i.e., therapist, social workers, teachers, and case managers) to use to support students social-emotional learning (SEL). The program incorporates principles of CBT, Interpersonal Communication and Mindfulness modalities of treatment to promote the development of self-expression/awareness, communication and emotional regulation in youth. Sound healing is taught throughout the program to support students attaining deep relaxation.
